Astrology Sign of Pisces

Ruling Planet – Neptune

Corresponding House – 12th House

Crystals – Sodalite, Smithsonite, Pietersite & Shattuckite

Affirmation – “I connect the spiritual with the physical. I recognize that my soul is of the spiritual, but I also understand that I am having a human experience. I stay grounded to experience what the physical world has to offer.”

Personality Traits – Pisces can be what might be described as “airy-fairy” because they are often more comfortable in the spiritual world than in the physical world. This connection makes them so extremely intuitive, but there may also be great fear in this area. Pisces is here to learn to connect the spiritual to the physical and not to ignore one for the benefit of the other. Pisces would bend over backwards for anyone in their life, they are very compassionate individuals, but sometimes they can be too positive as a mechanism to not deal with their own inner fears.

In a Relationship – Pisces makes a wonderful partner in a relationship, but they can be a bit needy. Pisces often views their partner as a grounding force in their life and they can become overly reliant on this person. Pisces is so loving and attentive than it sometimes makes their partner feel smothered. Pisces’s challenge in a relationship is to spend time alone, so that they can take time to looking within their own life, instead of becoming distracted by focusing on others.

Spiritual Health – Pisces is naturally spiritually attuned, and they would benefit greatly from speaking with others who have experience with similar energies. Pisces needs to practice on the physical manifestations of their spiritual thinking, as connecting with spiritual comes so naturally to them. If Pisces can find a group or class about manifestation or working with the Law of Attraction, this would be the most beneficial for them.

Emotional Health – Pisces needs to be sure that they do not become too reclusive. They are so comfortable being with spiritual, that sometimes they do not want to come out into the world. But, if they can learn to express themselves and be confident in their interactions with others outside their immediate family, Pisces can have a beautiful emotional fulfillment.

Mental Health – Pisces can be prone to developing agoraphobia and schizophrenia. This is only when the energies are out of balance and they do not understand their spiritual gifts. As long as Pisces faces their fears of the outside world, they will be just fine. One a more subtle level, Pisces will have to be sure to stay focused when doing detailed work; they can have a tendency to daydream.

Physical Health – Pisces can experience difficulties with their feet and this comes from them subconsciously not wanting to connect to the Earth plane. When Pisces is too comfortable in the spiritual part of themselves, without acknowledging the physical part, they can also have headaches and pressure that comes from overuse of the upper chakras.

Relationship with Food – Pisces eats as a shield to the world. When Pisces has a hard time understanding why something is happening, they can have a tendency to turn within. Food can become a method to build up those walls against their perceived harshness of the outside world. Food use and abuse can also become a form of self-punishment, so Pisces have to be very careful to not control their food, and to not let their food control them.

Astrology Sign of Aquarius

Ruling Planet – Uranus

Corresponding House – 11th House

Crystals – Amethyst, Chrysoprase, Apatite & Labradorite

Affirmation – “I allow energy to flow through me. I no longer try to control this energy, or figure out a plan to use it. I connect with others around me, not because I have to, but because it allows for more opportunities in my life.”

Personality Traits – Aquarius can be very detached from the world around them. This can show up as being a workaholic or being very tied to a specific schedule in life. This happens because this is how, on a subconscious level, Aquarius makes up for being ruled by Uranus, the bearer of the sudden and unexpected. Aquarius motto for life might as well be “expect the unexpected,” and they always feel the need to have a contingency plan. But really, they have to learn to not have any expectations at all and go with the flow.

In a Relationship – Aquarius is not going to be the first sign to share their emotions, and they like to take their time to really express themselves on a deep level. But, if you are patient, they are very dependable, loyal and honest partners. Aquarius will find beauty in a daily routine, so if you are a spontaneous person, this difference in viewpoint can be the source of arguments. It is a part of Aquarius’s lesson to learn to go with the flow and to not put energy into anticipating what is going to happen next, but depending on the influence of other planets in their chart, they can be quite reticent when asked to change up their routine.

Spiritual Health – Aquarius needs to be in a group setting. They may not like it at first, but it is the best way for their guard to come down. Aquarius works best in a group dynamic that is part meditation, prayer, or contemplation, and part conversational and active participation. They may be the one who ends up frequently sharing their knowledge with others, but once they let their guard down, they will really begin to absorb what is reflected back by that spiritual group.

Emotional Health – It can take a long time for Aquarius to break down their barriers to others, and especially with themselves. Aquarius is most likely to do what they are “supposed” to do, rather than to actually find out what they want to do. However, when they have that light bulb moment, Aquarius will relish in being their unique self.

Mental Health – If Aquarius’s energy becomes out of balance, they can develop OCD and become overly tied to rituals in their daily life. Aquarius is very heady at times and this can make them feel like no one really “gets” them, even if they never tell anyone how they really feel. Aquarius would also be the one to take over the therapy session from the therapist, because of that deep feeling to have control over their environment.

Physical Health – Aquarius can experience difficulties with their circulatory system and bioelectrical system. This can feel like fits of electricity pulsing through the body, like spasms. This occurs when they have more energy coming in then they are using. Sometimes, with Aquarius, they can be so overly focused on their day-to-day routine, that they forget that they have new and growing energy levels to incorporate into their life.

Relationship with Food – Aquarius can become so detached from what is going on around them that they can forget to eat. Because of that they may have developed a strict time table for eating so they will not forget. For example, they may always have to eat their lunch at 11:30, not necessarily because they are hungry, it is just because they is when they have determined lunchtime is supposed to be. Aquarius can also eat food with a cause, perhaps is it from a certain farm because they support the practices of that farmer, or they only shop at certain stores because they support the way that the employees are treated, etc. For Aquarius, food can be more about the journey to the table, than the eating experience itself.

Astrology Sign of Capricorn

Ruling Planet – Saturn

Corresponding House – 10th House

Crystals – Carnelian, Amber, Jasper & Peridot

Affirmation – “I flow with the energy of life. I empower myself by assisting others to find empowerment. I understand that the true source of power is found not by output, but by surrender.”

Personality Traits – Capricorn likes to do things their way. It might not be the best way (Don’t tell them) to do things, but they will hold to it, unless they change their own minds. Capricorn can also struggle with learning to balance power in their life. They may experience extreme highs and lows on the scale of power, going from feeling totally powerless, to feeling as though they need to overpower others, until they can settle in to a happy medium. Once they have learned the lesson of their sign, they will be very empowered and nothing will phase them anymore.

In a Relationship – Capricorn likes to be the leader. This can be overt or very subtle, but that is their underlying theme and it will show up in many different ways depending on other astrological influences in their chart. As long as you allow them to be the leader in some part of the relationship, they will feel appreciated, validated and recognized. If you are Capricorn’s partner, you will have to learn how to communicate about any power dynamics; be clear with them when they cross the line, or they will not know when they have gotten out of balance.

Spiritual Health – Capricorns need to feel empowered by their spiritual practice. If they have a spiritual leader or group in their life that is attempting to diminish Capricorns power, this can cause Capricorn to abandon any spiritual practice altogether. But, as long as Capricorn feels that they are free to express themselves and their viewpoint, they would love to participate in group dynamics and spiritual discussions.

Emotional Health – For Capricorns it is all about feeling recognized and this recognition comes through things/accomplishments that they place emotional value onto. As long as they feel that the things important to them (like their interests, goals, titles, awards, accomplishments, etc.) are recognized, they will feel emotionally validated. When Capricorns don’t feel recognized or appreciated, they can become very depressed.

Mental Health – Capricorns have to ensure that they stay connected to reality. If they feel a need to escape from the difficulties of life, they can find themselves with paranoia, or even dissociative disorders. On a more subtle scale, this can show up as loosing touch with what is going on around them and beginning to believe that their own illusions about life are the realities for everyone.

Physical Health – Capricorn can develop physical problems associated with resistance to change. Problems with inflexibility can develop as arthritis and joint pain. Holding on to past emotions can show up as problems with high Cholesterol or even skin eruptions.

Relationship with Food – Capricorns like to have their food prepared a certain way, this is because they enjoy the feeling of home (security) that comes from knowing if they are going to have spaghetti, it is always going to be made with the same sauce. Food represents dependability in their life, and they can be prone to use food as a coping mechanism if they do not have stability elsewhere. Because of this connection to food, Capricorns will always have an opinion of what and where they want to eat. It can be difficult for them to accept the advice of others when it comes to eating habits, because ultimately they will not make a change unless they want to, not just because the doctor recommended it.
